As a member of our new ABC team, you will play a key role in the strategic implementation of our shared services model.


The T&E and Company Card Program Management Lead is responsible for managing Company Card programs for both T&E and Purchasing Cards as well as supporting employees with understanding of related processes and procedures. This position will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with Amyris travel and expense policy, as well as the purchasing card policy. In addition, the incumbent will be the main administrator of the Concur system as well as JPM card program websites.

Job Responsibilities:
Own, review and monitor travel and purchasing card activity according to the company policies
Perform Administrator duties for travel and purchasing card systems (Concur and JPM) including system maintenance, configuration, and data updates
Implement, perform, and maintain audit functionality and reporting around Company Card Programs
Provide monthly metric reporting as well as ad-hoc reporting to management
Educate employees on company card program policies and related controls
Work with company appointed Travel Management Company (TMC) to resolve travel related issues and inquiries
Provide superior customer service to travelers in resolving various issues related to expense reporting issues and queries
Collaborate closely with the accounting team for month-end closing and accrual activities related to card program expenses
Recommend process improvements to generate efficiency and productivity
Basics Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in a travel & expense management related role, with knowledge of the front-end operations for travel booking as well as back-end expense reporting
Concur Travel & Expense system experience preferred
Purchasing card program experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing spend associated with the Travel
Ability to communicate effectively with varying levels throughout the organization
Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
Strong data analysis skills
Strong customer service orientation
