Job Description: Provides Human Resources leadership with primary responsibility for talent acquisition and recruitment. Supervises a team of eight including four recruiters. Is a member of the Human Resources Division management team, reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources.

Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources Management or related field preferred.)
- A minimum of three to five years of talent acquisition and supervision required.
- Experience within a healthcare environment preferred.
- PHR or SPHR preferred
- Must possess: demonstrated knowledge of effective and successful talent acquisition skills and abilities; be social media savvy; have excellent communications skills to effectively interact in both one to one, and large group settings.
- Requires tact and diplomacy to deal with a wide range of diverse people.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of human resources information systems is extremely important.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English (bi-lingual in Spanish is desirable).
- Requires movement throughout the Hospital campus and it’s buildings with occasional travel to Outreach Centers.
- Additional travel locally and out of state requiring overnight stays for short periods of time is likely.
- Requires some weekend and extended hours to accomplish responsibilities.
- Extensive use of telephone and regular use of a computer terminal requiring repetitive hand, wrist and finger motion.
- May be required to transport, assemble and disassemble recruiting displays and related materials
