Job Responsibilities:
SkyView Advisors is growing tremendously. We have spent a significant amount of time developing a recruiting department and now we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take our growth to the next level.
- Screen inbound applications
- Identify and source qualified candidates
- Cold call potential candidates
- Attend job fairs and networking events as needed
- Track recruiting metrics
- Candidate relationship management
- Employer branding related to recruiting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a recruitment role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree
