About the Role:

The Talent Administrator & Coordinator will be responsible for working with the Recruiting Team to support the recruitment process and supplement other full life cycle recruitment activities.

The Talent Administrator & Coordinator’s primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates and schedules candidates for a variety of selection process activities such as assessments, interviews, onsite visits, etc.
  • Assist with pre-employment processing of employees to include ensuring proper completion of paper work and pre-employment background checks; providing daily updates to the recruiting team on the progress
  • Maintains files and documentation on candidates to ensure compliance, including managing the process for any green card candidates
  • Manages auxiliary postings for internal recruitment team and collaborates team on requirements for open requisitions
  • Preparation of offer letters and facilitation background checks
  • Administrative management of talent network community databases
  • Pulls reports on candidate / recruiter activity daily
  • Tracks candidate activity and dispositions candidates in applicant tracking systems
  • General office duties (such as answering filing, copying, data entry, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service mentality
  • 1-2 years office administration experience preferably in a HR or staffing capacity
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-directed with the ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required
