Tampa Maintenance – Technician Quest, Inc. (Tampa)

• Complete basic maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance/equipment install & maintenance, construction, minor automotive repair, etc.
• Coordinate, prioritize and complete work orders and special projects independently, effectively and in a cost-conscious manner with minimal direct supervision.
• Providing polite, professional customer service in order to maintain a good working relationship with all operational staff and management.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance needs on nights and weekends in rotation with maintenance team.
• Perform preventative maintenance at all locations including but not limited to HVAC filters and tablets, septic and water systems, vehicle fluids, light bulb replacement, etc.
• Complete minor repairs and troubleshooting of company vehicles. Transport vehicles for repairs or use at various facilities.
• Coordinate and follow up with vendors and subcontractors as appropriate.
• Move furniture, equipment and appliances to include assembly/disassembly as needed.
• Repair and maintain all tools and equipment.
• Ensure projects are fully complete and work area(s) are clean prior to leaving any facility.
• Receive electronic work orders and complete documentation of work order completion via computer database.
• Attend appropriate 3rd party training programs to obtain or maintain certifications at the direction of the Director of Maintenance and Fleet.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Eligible to legally work in the United States
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screen
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Valid FL Driver’s License with a clean driving record or State ID
• Ability to provide proof of educational achievement or required certifications such as a high school diploma, GED, college degree, advanced degree, or medical credentials
• 2+ years construction, maintenance or similar experience required
• HVAC certification required
• Electrical, plumbing or small motor vehicle certification preferred
