Job Title: Tax Manager (2 Openings)
Job Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid flexibility)
Job Salary: $100-150k
Requirements: Tax Prep/Returns, CPA/EA
We are an expanding financial services firm that is looking for an experienced Tax Manager/Sr. Tax Accountant to handle our increased client portfolio. This role will be focused on tax preparations and client relations, with plenty of room for growth within the organization over the next few years.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years with tax preparations and past experience interacting directly with clients. Candidates will also need to have their CPA or be an Enrolled Agent.
If you have experience with UltraTax, it will be highly preferred.
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare business and individual clients’ tax returns
- Use QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, UltraTax, and other software for a variety of accounting duties
- Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service to clients
- Adjust entries and complete balances to prepare business returns
- Collaborate with the team on process improvement and staying up to date on laws and regulations.
