Coastal DKI is looking for a Team Coordinator to join our team in Florida. We are fast pace, growing company looking for people who enjoy challenges and rewarding work.

A Team Coordinator (TC) acts as an administrative assistant to the Project Managers and Superintendents with the clerical, administrative & accounting functions of organizing and managing jobs.

Our ideal candidate will be a person with great attitude, professional work practices, desire to help people in need, and enjoys working with an excellent team!

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

Data entry

Ensure that the team is accountable for budgets

Assist with coordination of schedules

Ensure the completion of service requests

Ability to use company software systems

Reports daily to management to turn in scopes, notes, paperwork, etc.

Handle client communications including updating progress, addressing immediate concerns, and answering questions.

Communicate customer concerns to the project manager

Assist in handing collections

Update production management on any changes in details of project

Maintain detailed job notes and production paperwork

Daily completion of tracking paperwork, timecards, checkout forms and other necessary documents

Available for routine on call emergency services and after-hours work if a disaster strikes.

QUALIFICATIONS

2 + years of clerical experience

Proficient in Microsoft office software, including Excel, Word and OutlookExceptional written and verbal communication

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Displays a friendly and professional demeanor
