Created in 2018, The Crawford Team was established as a means to bring exceptional service to as many clients as possible with the C.A.R.E. approach, Creating A Referable Experience. The team officially launched in 2019 and now includes full-time agents, as well as a full-time Team Coordinator, and a full-time Transaction Coordinator. Collectively, the team has helped more than 200 clients achieve their real estate goals and has closed over $50 million in volume and counting!
Each team member brings their own area of expertise to our client’s experience and we work collectively to be sure our clients are best served. We are looking to add an exceptional member to that team as a Team Coordinator.
About the Job
The Team Coordinator’s primary duty is to provide administrative support to the Owner, Monica Crawford, and the team’s agents. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in real estate transactions and client communications.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Manage email and phone call correspondence
- Respond to agents regarding contracts
- Serve as a liaison between Transaction Coordinator and Owner
- Communicate with active clients regarding their purchase or sale
- Assist in obtaining and organizing necessary support materials and documents for active contracts and listings
- Maintain team and agent closings tracker and follow up
- Maintain active listings and contracts tracker
- Maintain vendor referral tracker
- Prepare consultation packages for team appointments
- Manage team calendar
- Schedule buyer showings for team agents
- Manage Crawford Team office (supplies orders and general maintenance)
- Installation/removal of listing signs, lockboxes, and signposts
- Miscellaneous team errands
- Update team templates/checklists
- Manage team’s Annual Projects Calendar
- Manage team’s social media content on FB, IG, YT
- Create and print electronic collateral for listings
- Create print mailers for farm area campaigns
- Responsibilities in the future to include:
- Attend Buyer Consultations with Owner
- Coordinate Stage 1 showing schedule for buyers
- Attend Stage 1 showings with buyers
- Help buyers analyze homes based on their established criteria
- Provide feedback to Owner on which homes progress to Stage 2 showings
About You
You are an experienced and polished administrative professional and consider yourself detail oriented with strong organizational skills. You have a desire to learn more about the real estate world. You are a team player, and you also pride yourself in being able to provide excellent customer service to clients, potential clients, cooperating agents, and teammates. You have an innate ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines. You are also articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
- High School diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience required, with at least 1 year of support at the management level in a fast-paced organization preferred
- Licensed as a Florida Real Estate Agent or willingness to obtain license
- Experience with Canva preferred but not required
- Must be proficient at social media and fully functional with Microsoft applications and database management
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and your own dependable transportation required
