CENTURY 21 Affiliated, the #1 CENTURY 21 franchise in the world for three years in a row, seeks a Team Leader/Sales Manager to join our high energy and entrepreneurial team. We are a fast growing and dynamic real estate company with locations in Florida, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.

The Team Leader/Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing our Valrico, Florida area sales offices and recruiting and retaining highly productive sales agents. This will include recruiting of new and experienced sales agents; retaining productive sales agents; and training and business development of the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid real estate background and a strong desire to lead and grow a team of talented sales agents.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to maximize profit and growth
  • Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales agents
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales agents by utilizing company tools and systems
  • Ensure compliance within the office of Company policies and procedures, government laws, regulations, and ordinances in the jurisdiction(s) in which the company operates
  • Oversee office administrative staff through general management, scheduling and professional development
  • Participate in Team Leader meetings, sales rallies and conventions, and all-company retreats
  • Some travel is may be required on an occasional basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of a high school diploma required
  • State of Florida Real Estate Salesperson License required
  • 3-5 years of Real Estate sales experience highly desirable
  • State of Florida Broker’s License preferred

Knowledge and Skills

  • Must have a proven track record in real estate sales and a strong understanding of business operations
  • Passion for and experience in training, coaching and leading people preferred
  • Project Management, leadership and analytical skills preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Ability to navigate computer software and hardware, and willingness to learn new software programs

Work Schedule: Schedule is dependent on business need but expectations reflect standard business hours (8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday), plus time as needed during the weekend and evening hours.
