Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager/Policy in Clearwater, FL. Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Technical Accounting Manager will be helping out with Purchase accounting
- Process improvement
- Helping with documentation, process improvement and establishing SOPs as needed
- Writing Memos
- As a Technical Accounting Manager, you will be implementing new lease standard
- Write policies/review documents, contracts, and agreements (example compensation agreements)
- This person will have a couple direct reports
- Helping take new polices and new guidelines that they helped come up with and put it into action from an operation standpoint
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- ASC 805 required
- Oracle Fusion
- Excel needed – VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tales
Preferred Background:
- Public Accounting
- ASC 842 preferred
- CPA preferred but not required
