Role Scope:  Work with our Clients to develop and deliver custom technical solutions that enhance and provide value to our Clients’ core business processes. These solutions will include custom applications, data manipulations, reports, dashboards, workflows and validations.

Role Responsibility:

  • Operate in a self-managed small project environment with limited Project Management support for scope, schedule, client relationship and budget topics.
  • Adhere to methodologies and standards for all custom development.
  • Capture client requirements for Custom software development projects.
  • Contribute to detailed and accurate work estimates for primary activities based on assumptions and high level requirements.
  • Design, develop, configure, deploy and train clients as part of full Software development lifecycle consulting.
  • Contribute to the process of understanding, developing and delivering technical related solutions.
  • Complete professional documentation to support the technical delivery process.
  • Provide maintenance support for custom technical solutions as assigned.
  • Provide assistance to the Support team on technical related solutions as assigned.
  • Travel up to 25%

Skill & Experience Profile:

  • Consulting.
  • Verbal and written skills.
  • Experienced interfacing with clients and leading in-person and virtual client sessions.
  • Excellent documentation, including functional and technical requirements.
  • Able to reinforce defined scope and escort clients through project change control procedures.
  • Possesses basic Microsoft SQL database design and solid query capabilities.
  • Possesses solid software development capabilities in relevant technologies including some or all of the following: T-SQL, C#.NET, VB.NET, IIS, SSRS,Business Objects (Crystal Reports).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering
  • 0 – 2 years related experience.
