Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with consultants
  • Negotiate and close placement opportunities with consultants in various national positions
  • Effectively communicate via telephone in a high-volume environment
  • Ensure consultant satisfaction through ongoing communication and feedback
  • Source candidates through referrals, client communication, social media, and database searches
  • Communicate with clients to conduct reference checks on all consultants
  • Conduct detailed interviews with consultants to understand their work history and to properly position them with our clients
  • Facilitate the processing of all necessary paperwork such as employee documents and files. Ensures compliance with federal and state law
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to actively track consultants’ availability for presentation to our clients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective, enthusiastic, and well-developed phone skills
  • Positive attitude and high energy level
  • Results and incentive driven; motivated to meet long and short term goals
