Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with consultants
- Negotiate and close placement opportunities with consultants in various national positions
- Effectively communicate via telephone in a high-volume environment
- Ensure consultant satisfaction through ongoing communication and feedback
- Source candidates through referrals, client communication, social media, and database searches
- Communicate with clients to conduct reference checks on all consultants
- Conduct detailed interviews with consultants to understand their work history and to properly position them with our clients
- Facilitate the processing of all necessary paperwork such as employee documents and files. Ensures compliance with federal and state law
- Collaborate with the sales teams to actively track consultants’ availability for presentation to our clients

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective, enthusiastic, and well-developed phone skills
- Positive attitude and high energy level
- Results and incentive driven; motivated to meet long and short term goals
