We are seeking a TELECOM OPERATIONS MANAGER / ASSISTANT TO CEO to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization’s daily operations
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to manage local and nationwide projects
- Review proposals and SOWs (Scope of Work) with the CEO, and create estimates
- Track progress and issues with projects and report to CEO
- Provide daily operations oversight with outside teams (local and nationwide project managers), and report to CEO
- Be in the office to support the CEO M-F, with occasional walk-throughs in the field with the CEO
- Create estimates in quickbooks with CEO or other staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields; telecom experience preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong ability to think on your feet and be a self starter
- Must be local and be tech-savvy
