Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:00AM EST – 4:00PM EST, with 1 hour lunch break

Varying amounts of overtime and weekend work may be required, based on operational needs.

Job Summary:

Tower Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Construction Project Manager who will be immediately responsible for project success. This individual will collaborate with management, crew supervisors, and foremen to plan, organize, and direct construction project activities. The Telecommunications Construction Project Manager is ultimately responsible for project scope, execution, management of subcontractors and vendors, scheduling, and the safe execution of all activities. Participation in weekly company and client meetings is required. Using skill, knowledge, and leadership, this person will drive teams through successful project execution on time and on budget.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in the telecommunications industry in a management role
  • Experience managing multiple and complex project types
  • Experience or working knowledge of networking systems and equipment
  • Knowledge of industry cabling, including, but not limited to coaxial cables, Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, etc.
