Job Summary

A real estate services company is seeking a Telecommute Real Estate Transaction Coordinator in Tampa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing all aspects of transactions/files
  • Coordinating/assisting with documentation related to the transaction
  • Inputting all necessary documentation into appropriate system(s)

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of successful Transaction Management (Contract-to-Close) experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially strong in Excel), Dropbox, Gmail, Internet
  • Ability to work with confidential documents
