Job Summary
A real estate services company is seeking a Telecommute Real Estate Transaction Coordinator in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing all aspects of transactions/files
- Coordinating/assisting with documentation related to the transaction
- Inputting all necessary documentation into appropriate system(s)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of successful Transaction Management (Contract-to-Close) experience
- Proficient in MS Office (especially strong in Excel), Dropbox, Gmail, Internet
- Ability to work with confidential documents
