What does this job entail?
- Working at our beautiful apartment communities ensuring that the grounds and buildings are sparkling. This includes removing all garbage.
- Helping our world class team by providing top notch customer service.
- Take on special projects as deemed necessary by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Working alongside our maintenance experts to make sure the grounds and the building are always properly cared for.
- Joining us for 40 hours per week.
- You need to have a great attitude and be committed.
- You should like working with your hands,
- You must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- You have effective communication skills and display professionalism.
What do you get?
- This position pays $12.50 per hour!
