The Vacation Rentals Coordinator position will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to all guests and owners throughout the vacation rental process. This position is temporary and will end on or about May 1, 2018.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Take reservations for weekly and seasonal rental properties, including sending and tracking all guest rental agreements.
Track and follow up on funds due on reservations.
Facilitate rental check-ins and ensure a smooth rental experience for guests.
Coordinate rental property cleaning and maintenance requests.
Daily follow through on emails and phone inquiries, as well as taking calls from guests/owners requiring assistance.
Greet and assist walk-in guests.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Hotel front office or other vacation rental experience a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
