Expanding, locally owned and operated title agency looking for talented team members to join our family of title service operations.
Ideal candidate will be bi-lingual and highly motivated to contribute current skills or learn new ones.

Experience in mortgage or real estate sales a plus. The description, basic qualities, and job skills we are looking for are:

Bookkeeping Assistance

– Basic math skills

-Attention to detail

-QuickBooks or accounting skills a plus

Title Agency Administration
– Assists in title processing (Includes preparing preliminary CDs and HUDs, commitments, documents, and following through with files in any stage from contract to closing and post-closing)
– Title or real estate industry knowledge preferred but not required
– Ability to quickly learn title industry software programs

– Assist and support the agent conducting closings, working with real estate contracts
– Print CDs/Settlements statements, closing documents, financing documents
– May become a licensed Notary Public in the State of Florida
– Assist in preparing title commitments and closing documents
– Should have excellent grammar and verbal communications skills
– Must be computer proficient, especially with Microsoft Word and Outlook
– Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
– Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and with a team
– Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast pace environment
– Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
– Salary depends on experience and capability
