Job Description
SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, Customer Service and Banking industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Title Closer to manage the Tampa branch of a growing national title company.
This is a Direct Hire (Permanent) position and is available immediately.
Salary Range- $65.000-$70,000 and great bonus plan.
TITLE CLOSER- BRANCH MANAGER:
Candidate must have 4-6 plus years of current title closing experience and also have managed a title closing branch in recent times. A Florida Title Agents license is preferred but it is not required but upon hire candidate will be required to get licensed. A current Florida notary is required.
This is a high volume office and candidate must be able to handle volume. Candidate will help mentor a staff and focus on delivering top notch service to their clients. This is not purely a management position as candidate will have to assist as needed in doc preparation and physical closings. Candidate will be the face of the office and will have reporting duties to Senior Management so candidate must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

Job Requirements
Minimum of 4-6 years experience as a senior Title Closer or Branch Manager.
Florida Title Agents license preferred
Florida Notary required
Current TRID knowledge required
Typing required. MS Office & Internet Skills a must.
Solid job tenure and good references
Must be able to deliver top notch customer service and be able to manage people
Ability to pass thorough background check
