Nirvana Title Co. is a new title agency looking to disrupt the real estate closing market. We are a fun loving office who is currently seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Title Closer to help facilitate processing & closings for our rapidly growing Florida operations. The ideal candidate will display real estate, title insurance and loan closing acumen and can help grow our new brand. Additional consideration is given to those candidates who have a customer following and candidates who are licensed.
Requirements
- We are looking for an experienced, energetic, cutting edge, detail oriented and self-motivated person with strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills, and a desire to find solutions to help customers have a positive experience closing their real estate transactions.We pride ourselves on our customer service here at Nirvana. - Experience in independently handling every aspect of closing transaction from contract to policy.
- Must Create a positive image of the company through a professional appearance, actions, and conduct to fellow employees and customers.
- Establish a professional working rapport with our clients and any new relationships that are established.
- Florida Notary (required)
- Licensed Title Agent (Preferred)
- 2 or more years of title closing experience
- Ability to build new client relationships and facilitate current relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes through effective written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment and effectiveness in the delivery and focus on customer service to drive value
- Demonstrated mastery of multi-tasking effectively, particularly in stressful and high volume situations
Responsibilities
- Working closely with realtors, mortgage lenders/brokers, builders, buyer/sellers.
- Receive and review residential & commercial real estate contracts & documents.
- Prepare title commitments, HUD/ALTA Statements and other documents related to closing.
- Prepare documents necessary to facilitate clear title.
- Ordering payoff statements, homeowners association estoppel letters, surveys.
- Working closely with Closing Teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time closing demands.
- Ability to facilitate closings for buyers/sellers.
- Ability to handle Post-Closing items, including preparing Policies
