Brand new title company with an established client base is hiring an experienced real estate title closer. The position with the company is full time and permanent. Some benefits are offered along with a file bonus and pay increases.
The ideal applicant will be an experienced real estate title closer familiar with Doubletime. Applicants who are License Title Agents are encouraged to apply. Title Closers interested in this opportunity should have residential closing experience for refinance, purchases and builder closings.
The title closer is responsible for working closely with the office title processor to ensure files are opened and processed appropriately. Prepare final closing packages and be familiar with basic TRID guidelines. Ensure all parties are notified and coordinate closings. You will also assist post closer in basic post closing duties when needed. The position works closely with realtors, builders, mortgage lenders/banks, mortgage brokers, etc. You must be able to build rapport and have exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
5+ years of real estate title closing
Capable of preparing CDs
Florida Notary
Clear criminal background
Stable job tenure
Reliable and mature
