Successful title company seeking experienced Real Estate Closer who understands the real estate process from contract to close. Must be familiar with TRID and know Closer’s Choice software and have a minimum of three years experience. Must be able to pass a background check.
Must possess superior communication and follow up skills.
The successful applicant will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and be proficient with time management & prioritization skills.
Maintain accurate files and perform with minimal supervision.
Order title, estoppel letters, lien searches, surveys, etc. Resolve title issues prior to closing.
Collect funds for the transaction, handle closing documents, facilitate signings.
Florida Notary required.
Develop and maintain positive working relationship with all parties to a closing.
Office in Westchase at Countryway and Linebaugh.
