Consumer Title & Escrow Services Co., Inc. is a full-service title agency seeking a seasoned escrow officer/closer/closing office manager for its expanding statewide office network. We offer a generous compensation package that includes base salary, quarterly bonus and a signing bonus if you come with a book of business. The company has industry leading technology, training and support. Successful candidates must be customer service oriented and have strong product knowledge and presentation skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing new real estate transactions from receipt of contract through funding.
- Accurate and timely completion of all documents necessary to facilitate the closing.
- Review and comply with all title commitment and pre-closing and post requirements.
- Working closely with clients, lenders, realtors, internal staff, and other parties to ensure a timely closing transaction.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma and Title Insurance Licensed preferred
- 2-3 years of closing, post-closing and/or closing and processing Conventional/FHA/VA/REO/ Commercial; experience.
- Strong computer background with 2-3 years of experience in mortgage software
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Current knowledge of closing and title requirements
