Vantage Point Title is a growing national title company located in Clearwater, FL on US 19 N, just south of Countryside Mall.
We are seeking a permanent, full-time Title Closer. Closers coordinate with buyers, sellers, and realtors to close a purchase transaction. The ideal candidate will possess the following strengths:
• Experience as a title company closer is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability and discipline to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Flexibly with day-to-day responsibilities
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with deadlines
• Detail-oriented, with great problem-solving skills
• Exceptional computer skills
• Resware experience is a plus
Requirements
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work overtime is very important
• Ability to work staggered shifts from 8am-7pm Mon-Fri
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required
• Organization skills, especially with time management
• Must pass a background check and drug test
