EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years minimum in title industry
- Escrow account management
- Experience with pre & post real estate closing process including: processing files, clearing title issues, preparing settlement statements, preparing closing docs, conducting closings, familiarity with mobile closings, etc.
- Recent experience with new laws, TRID, ALTA
- Florida Title Agent License preferred
- Tech savvy a plus

Salary negotiable based on experience.
