GTE Financial is looking for organized, professional, friendly people to join our fun working environment as a Title Processor. Our Title Processors, primary focus, is to perform data entry along with post-closing duties and other administrative duties supporting the agency.

This is an entry-level position residing in our Title department, a fully owned subsidiary of GTE Financial. This position works in a Title Agency environment providing title insurance on properties tied to various real estate transactions. The position assists Title Processors and Closers by helping complete the closing process for our customers (aka members).

 

What does GTE look for in a Title Processor?

    • Produces closing protection letters, Pre- Lim HUD’s, and title requirements to the lender.
    • Answers members, real estate agents and lender questions via telephone and email.
    • Organizes, creates, produces and uploads title orders/requests, surveys, payoffs, lien searches, and other required services to clear title.
    • Coordinates and schedules real estate closings with all parties involved.
    • Knowledge of the different title requirements for condos, townhouses, mobile homes, primary resident and investment properties.
    • Prepares closing packages for funding after closing has taken place.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well independently.
    • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

 

Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 years’ work experience in title or a related field.

 

Position Details:

Location: Headquarters – Downtown Tampa

Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 am to 6:00 pm)
