Full Job Description
A growing South Tampa title company is looking for a title processor to support our licensed closer.
At least one year experience as a title processor is required. Experience in REO is preferred.
Job duties include:
Ordering Title, Lien Searches, Estoppels, Surveys
Examining and Clearing Requirements on Title Commitments
Communicating with Realtors, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers to ensure smooth Real Estate Closings
Maintain accurate up to date files in both paper and electronic formats
Assist with the preparation of CD’s, Settlement Statements and Closing Documents
