Title Processor/Closer
$50,000-$70,000 Plus Bonus

AV rated law firm is seeking an experienced Title Closer, Escrow Officer or Real Estate Paralegal. Requirements are as follows:
- At least 5 years of experience as a title processor/real estate closer
- Knowledge of all aspects of a real estate closing, including processing from the initial order to preparation of the final closing package
- Position requires the ability to work independently and provide superior customer service in a fast paced and demanding environment; must be able to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, manage time, and pay attention to detail
- Experience with preparing Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures, reviewing commitments and legal descriptions, issuing title policies, familiarity with surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, sales contracts, estoppel letters and post-closing procedures
- Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments and other requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status
- Experience with Closer’s Choice software or similar technology
- Ability to communicate with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, attorneys and clients is essential to ensure smooth and accurate transactions; must possess exceptional written communication skills
- Maintaining compliance with applicable state of Florida laws, regulations and guidelines
- Must have an active Florida Notary
- Florida Licensed Title Agent is preferred but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
