Ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
- 3+ years as a Title Processor
- Proficient in MS Office (Qualia Preferred)
- Maintains a positive attitude while working with a diverse group of people
- Able to work in a Team environment meeting the needs of many
Responsibilities will include:
- Process Files for Real Estate Closings
- Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status
- Provide constant communication with Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure quick and accurate transactions
- Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, insurance certificates, pest inspections and others
- Prepare title insurance policies
- Warehousing
- Recording

Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour
