| Small title company is currently hiring a Junior Title Processor for a full time and permanent position. The company will provide paid training as well as benefits. Starting pay is up to $15.00/hr.
The pre-processor will be responsible for opening all title requests, ordering title from the underwriter and assisting clearing title. Our Jr. Title Processors are also responsible for answering the phones. Our ideal applicant will have a basic understanding of the real estate industry. Applicants who have worked for a title company, mortgage lender or bank, or even a realtor would be ideal. The title company will provide paid training and provide career advancement opportunities to other departments. Working closely with residential real estate title closers or title post closing specialists.
