| The Duncan Duo at RE/MAX has an immediate opening in search of our next AMAZING Director of First Impressions (40hr/week M-F) to join our fast paced world class real estate team, ranked #1 in real estate sales in Tampa Bay for the entire year, in the top 5 for RE/MAX internationally. The desired candidate must be ethical, hard working, honest, willing to learn and listen/be coachable, a team player, a phenomenally positive attitude and energy, be a good problem solver, and be tech savvy. This team member will be responsible for being a cheerful, upbeat and positive face of the company, greeting our agents and customers along with the intake of the calls that come into our office. Some additional tasks required for this staff member: writing cards to our customers (we have a lot of them and want them to look spectacular!), administrative tasks, helping to plan fun events for our staff and assisting our broker and staff with special projects. Must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and drive to succeed and grow with our team! We want someone career focused that will continually go above and beyond to help our clients, staff and agents look like superstars.
