Must have the following in order to apply:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of HR recruiting experience with Neogov Applicant Tracking System experience as an Administrator
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred Skills:
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Neogov Applicant Tracing System implementation experience

Job Description: The Temp Applicant Tracking System Implementation Assistant will assist with all duties related to the implementation of and training on the Neogov Applicant Tracking System.
Essential Job Functions:
- Compiles, reviews, organizes and updates agency-wide job descriptions with the collaboration of managers and supervisors
- Uploads job descriptions and pay ranges into the Neogov ATS
- Develops a new filing system for past recruitment folders that will include electronic formatting and indexing
- Assists in the preparation of templates for rejection letters, offer letters and other applicant communication
- Assists as liaison between managers and HR regarding the Neogov ATS implementation
- Assists in the process of setting up agency users in the Neogov ATS
- Assists in the creation of agency specific processes related to the implementation of this system
- Assists with agency wide training related to the implementation
- Assists in the updating phase of our agency internal and external employment page
Work Environment: Office.
Days & Hours:
Full time position; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. Three (3) month assignment duration. Complete schedule will be discussed with the applicant.
Pay: $21.70 per hour. Veterans Preference.
