Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the planning, budgeting, and onsite project management of company participation in industry trade shows and conferences including private parties, meetings, user conferences and related events. Manages, maintains and helps create Nextech exhibition assets. Works closely with the Marketing and Sales team to assist with effectively positioning the organization’s brand and messaging throughout events to generate and measure the effectiveness of leads generated.

Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specificresponsibilities of this role include:

  • Assist with the execution of major corporate industry trade show events including but not limited to planning, budget tracking and onsite support
  • Process collateral and supply orders
  • Process show leads into CRM system and distribute to sales force.
  • Track expenses and complete financial reconciliation.
  • Tabulate, evaluate and report on lead count, CPL, CPC and ROI of all trade show events.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of corporate, sales and client user group events.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in event coordination, planning or exhibitions
  • Strong attention to detail including organization and planning skill
  • Demonstrates confident, relaxed, interpersonal and conversational skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and event coordination
  • Ability to collaborate and consult with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful, engaging events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (including strong knowledge of excel)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for events, may include travel on some evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in marketing or event management
  • Experience with marketing communications and graphics preferred
  • Experience with lead retrieval systems, lead capture and qualification in CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing platform
  • Proven ability to think independently and adapt quickly using leadership initiative to problem solve
  • Demonstrates creativity, flexibility and commitment to continuous improvement

Working Environment:

  • General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned /office, with moderate noise levels.

Physical Demands:
