Trainee LCAM ” Will be trained in all aspects of community association management including:

Responsibilities:
• Board Members liaison
• Conducting property inspections
• Vendor relations
• Resident relations
• Preparing for and attending Board meetings
• Dealing with the day to day operations of a Condominium and Homeowners Association

Experience & Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ experience in either administration or customer service within property management is required
• Strong desire to succeed with a positive personality and ability to work in a small team
• Strong MS Office skills with the ability to learn new software systems easily
• LCAM is required

Salary:  $32,000 plus comprehensive benefits package including 100%  employer paid healthcare, vacation, holidays & personal days.
