Trainer (Medicare and Medicaid), 50%+ Travel, 6+ Months, Tampa, FL
We are working exclusively with our client in identifying a candidate for a Trainer role based in Tampa. In this role you will train clinicians and administrative medical personnel on subjects related to Medicare and Medicaid. This is a 40-hour per week contract opportunity. The client is hopeful that at least 50% of the training will be conducted in Tampa, FL; however, the companys needs are dynamic so this role could potentially involve 75-100% travel nationally with travel cost reimbursement. In this role you will attend an initial 3 week Train-the-Trainer (T3) session in Tampa.
Experience Required:
- Degree preferred
- 2+ years experience as a Trainer/Facilitator in a classroom setting with a focus on adult learning (corporate training experience preferred)
- Must have experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid
- Must be flexible yet assertive and comfortable being decisive
- Engaging, personable, and able to work well with diversified population
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension or conversion to a direct-hire role.
Location: Tampa, FL with an estimated 50% travel nationally. Travel could potentially increase to 75-100%. Client will pay for all travel expenses based on corporate travel policy. Applicants must be comfortable paying all travel expenses up front and being reimbursed biweekly (if engaged as a W2 contractor). Because of the amount of travel required, we ask that only those comfortable with extensive travel and able to float travel expenses prior to reimbursement apply.
