This position is very administrative in nature… entering tickets to create online learning courses, managing regional training email, managing training rooms, sending training related communications/emails, etc.

Job Title: Training Coordinator
40 hours per week Monday-Friday / 8:00 – 5:00 with one hour lunch break and occasional work outside of these times to support a global team
Detailed Job Description:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the daily logistics of training activities and course administration and reporting utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS). The specific tasks performed by this individual will include:

Training Center
• Coordinates all aspects of a five room training center to include room bookings, changes, training room set-up, and training support.
• Coordinates support for meetings occurring in the training center with site Administrative Assistants.

Learning Management System
• Creates and manages courses, curriculum, sessions, and learning reports in the Learning Administration System and Learning Management System .
• Manages participant enrollment in courses to include: printing course rosters, completing sessions, canceling or moving employees’ training registrations in sessions, verifying employee is suitable for the course that they want to attend,

Course logistics
• Organizes training logistics prior to all training sessions to include: coordinating facilitators, booking rooms and AV equipment, ordering catering, ordering printing and materials, and arranging building access, Wi-Fi, and network access for session participants and facilitators
• Coordinates and organizes any offsite training sessions to include booking of outside venues, arranging hospitality and equipment requirements, and reports
• Work with day of event support staff to address any significant issues surfaced with rosters, printing, materials, AV equipment, faculty needs, etc.
• Orders basic training related supplies through appropriate internal applications.
• Reconciles POs for supplies and catering.

Training Communication
• Manages the Global Services North America training calendar
• Coordinates communications to facilitators, course participants, and managers to include training invites, reminders, pre-course work, and confirmations
• Liaises with the course owners
• Handles inquiries and requests from vendors, program managers and participants in relation to cancellations, registrations, and updates. Manages invoices and payment to vendors, and details related to cross charging business units
• Handles internal queries through Microsoft Outlook

Reporting:
• Updates information in learning tools / applications and Excel spreadsheets
• Run and analyze standard reports, and assist in developing custom reports

Other:
• Participates in virtual global meetings and activities which may be outside of standard US business hours
• Participate in administrative meetings at the location
• Other training related tasks or meetings as required

Required experience to include:
• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of professional work experience, Associate’s degree and 4 years of professional experience or 6 years of professional work experience without a degree
