Local Tampa Bay real estate/property management company is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Transaction Coordinator that is highly motivated and a team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities included but not limited to :

  • Coordinate all real estate transactions -preparing contracts and addendum, communicating with lenders and title companies, clear title issues, assisting other sales agents, obtaining pertinent documents, etc
  • Coordinate property repairs with outside vendors
  • Assist with handling utilities, permits, code violations, HOA dues, insurance, etc.
  • Handle evictions as necessary and all necessary associated legal activities
  • Assist other supervisors to ensure policy and procedures are followed
  • Responsible for the oversight and training of staff
  • Answering telephones and schedule showings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Real Estate License
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in Real Estate
  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to team.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Competence in operation of telephone, business calculator, copy machine, facsimile, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and MS Outlook and business software.
  • Must possess a positive attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Attendance is an imperative job function
  • Completion of pertinent company paperwork
