We are looking for a talented and detailed orientated Transaction Coordinator that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The Transaction Coordinator will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable handling multiple tasks and deadlines, working with senior management, changing contract terms, and channel partners in legal, funding, title, and clients, managing multiple closing schedules and contract commitment dates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Work from home with discipline and accountable for a full day of production
- Complete transaction documents with accuracy, audit documents and sure all parties execute.
- Manage contract dates, deliverables, inspections, closing deadlines, opening titles, and arranging closings promptly.
- Perform follow-up and outbound calls, SMS, and emails to clients, internal team, and channel partners
- Understand transactions, customer needs, requirements, and details to ensure transactions are closed
- Assist internal stakeholders in processing offers, transactions, and closings with a customer service mindset
- Perform follow up tasks for multiple parties in the transaction on both sides of buying and selling residential real estate
- Schedule, manage, and change appointments our contract terms as needed or requested by the acquisitions and dispositions team
- Keep CRM updated with all information on transactions
- Prepare and email daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Work daily on task list assigned
- Maintain and monitor activity in CRM, emails, and communication tools related to transactions.
- Must be able to use electronic signature tools and arrange mobile closings
- Search sources for property data such as county records, public sites, and channel partner tools.
- Work on other tasks assigned by senior management
Skills
- 2 years of proven transaction experience in residential real estate required
- Experience in residential wholesale/investment transactions preferred
- Experience with residential real estate contract terms, forms, closing procedures, and knowing all parties involved in a real estate transaction required
- Track record of over-achieving on deliverables and achieving deadlines
- Excellent time management & organizational skills able to handle the workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in handling transaction issues and successfully resolving them.
- Proficient with corporate productivity, CRM management, and cloud-based tools such as Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong persuasion and accountability skills to get transactions closed with a passion for helping others
- Strong listening and detailed documentation skills related to transactions
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with autonomy. Just get it done attitude
- Must be energetic with a professional attitude wanting to add value to our team and clients. Be a team player
