RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of the Real Estate Sales Process, A Florida Real Estate License a plus
  • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
  • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate inspections assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
  • Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
  • Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
  • Schedule, coordinate & attend closing process.
  • Input all client information into client database system.
  • Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.
  • Communicate with office staff, peers, superiors, prospects and clients via phone call, email, or Text.
  • Efficiently manage business and personal calendars. Making sure the business owner is informed via phone call or email or upcoming calendar events, action items, schedule, incoming messages, emails and any relevant business and personal concerns.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, screen and gauge the importance of each communication and respond appropriately.
  • Input data into a variety of software tools. Enter contacts, import and export data and create and update the CRM. Enter/edit information and run queries in the MLS. Maintain listings and closings, solicit referrals.
  • Create and Format various documents electronically. Compose emails, letters, file reports and spreadsheets.
  • Diligently track various business documents and electronically file in appropriate folders.
  • Coordinate any appointments or meetings that may be scheduled in the office calendar and make sure to remind the team and business owner of any possible schedule changes or conflicts.
  • Learn our business processes quickly and execute the process for every transaction.
