VanDyk Mortgage is looking for a customer service oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Transaction Coordinator at our corporate office in Clearwater, Florida.
Position Description
Provide support for the Loan Origination team as well as performing daily administration tasks in a timely manner to help the branch achieve their goals.
Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities
· Prepare and audit files for submission to processing
· Ensure files move through processing and closing in a timely manner
· Communicate with Loan Originators on loan status
· Communicate with Processors to make sure all loans are moving through the approval process
· Follow up with customers on outstanding loan documents
· Prepare and distribute marketing materials (after receiving approval from Licensing Department)
· Attend networking events to promote our Company to potential referral partners
· Perform other support or administrative tasks as required

Transaction Coordinator Job Requirements
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· College degree preferred
· Software competence including loan origination software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
· Experience in Lending field preferred
· Basic understanding of mortgage loan process preferred
· Training will be provided for the right candidate
