Duties/Responsibilities to include but not limited to
- Answering incoming calls
- Assist agents and clients throughout the transaction from contract to close
- Provide exceptional service to clients, agents and cooperating agents to ensure a smooth and pleasant transaction experience
- Brokerage compliance
- Scheduling/coordinating inspections, closings, walk throughs, etc. Once date and time have been established inform all parties.
- Compose addenda, Inspection Contingency, Release & Cancellation, etc. upon request
- Following up on tasks/requested documents and keeping all necessary parties informed of any issues or progress. Ongoing follow-up as needed until completed.
- Copy agent to all correspondence to all parties of the transaction
- Research as needed and compile and update databases of community photos, utility information, HOA docs, HOA contact information, HOA/CDD links, etc.
- When in receipt of any executed document, send to all appropriate parties (title, lender, etc.)
- Read, follow instructions and make notes regarding specific items (survey, mail away closing, etc.) per the intro email that was sent by the agent
- Ensure all file info is filled out in its entirety
- Separate executed contract package into individual documents and relabel for compliance purposes – Standard Disclosure to be included in all files
- Review all documents looking for missing initials, signatures, dates. Alert listing agent to any noticeably missing information/addenda and assist with procuring said information upon the agent’s request.

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
