What you will be doing in year 1:

  • Develop new and maintain existing client relationships
  • Coordinate client needs for acquisition support, due diligence, underwriting, market analysis and overall client support in order to expand existing and future client partnerships
  • Schedule transition calls and compile/prepare deliverables between Owners and Resprop operations teams particularly related to operational performance and ResProp system implementation (Resman, Yieldstar Rev. Management, Contract Services, Procurement etc.)
  • Lead/support the creation of ResProp presentations for existing and prospective clientele
  • Coordinate with deal lead on Property Management Agreement review and negotiation
  • Intense focus on process improvement and developing transactional efficiences

The ideal candidate: 

  • 3 to 5 years experience in the multifamily property management industry.  Specifically, experience with the transition process for bringing on a new 3rd party managed property
  • Basic underwriting experience — Ability to understand the economics of a deal and speak to ownership groups
  • Flexibility to travel up to 75% — coordinating/scheduling/organizing all new 3rd party management takeovers
