Working closely with teammates and various leaders of affiliated companies, InvestRes and Trustwork, to apply cutting-edge technology to our business that charts a new course in Multi-Family real estate management. What you will be doing in year 1:
- Develop new and maintain existing client relationships
- Coordinate client needs for acquisition support, due diligence, underwriting, market analysis and overall client support in order to expand existing and future client partnerships
- Schedule transition calls and compile/prepare deliverables between Owners and Resprop operations teams particularly related to operational performance and ResProp system implementation (Resman, Yieldstar Rev. Management, Contract Services, Procurement etc.)
- Lead/support the creation of ResProp presentations for existing and prospective clientele
- Coordinate with deal lead on Property Management Agreement review and negotiation
- Intense focus on process improvement and developing transactional efficiences
The ideal candidate:
- 3 to 5 years experience in the multifamily property management industry. Specifically, experience with the transition process for bringing on a new 3rd party managed property
- Basic underwriting experience — Ability to understand the economics of a deal and speak to ownership groups
- Flexibility to travel up to 75% — coordinating/scheduling/organizing all new 3rd party management takeovers
