Responsibilities include:

As Traveling Community Manager you will travel to properties in a national, diverse portfolio from California to New England and everywhere in between! Take charge by leading the repositioning, rebranding and lease-up efforts at our new acquisitions by implementing your aggressive marketing ideas and strategies. You will be responsible for managing daily operations of properties and performing duties as assigned by supervisor including aggressive rent collections, managing delinquencies, pushing rent growth and addressing resident concerns. Managing long-term stable assets, in addition to helping with the newly purchases acquisitions will be an important part of the position. Another important part of the position is managing the marketing plan and techniques used in each specific market. You will also play a key role in developing the property by being involved in the recruiting and training of new management & leasing professionals.

Requirements include:

  • Willing to travel extensively in the U.S. on a rotation schedule in a 14 day cycle (11 days out on the location assignment with one day off followed by 3 days off at home base) This is a year round schedule.
  • Minimum 3-5 years managerial responsibilities or in a management position (property management, hospitality, retail or restaurant management)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
