At Regions, the Trust Property Manager manages a real estate portfolio within an assigned area for Trust, Estate and Agency accounts. The property held in fiduciary accounts may be urban, suburban, farmland, timberland, or a combination of the four.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with Trust Administrators to ensure the efficient and effective management of real estate property assets and account relationships
  • Collaborates with beneficiaries, co-fiduciaries and outside professionals in the performance of real estate management duties
  • Manages assigned properties and advises customers and bank officers on a variety of matters concerning the purchase, sale or management of these properties
  • Achieves assigned sales goals

 

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Three (3) years in real estate and/or property management

Preferences

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Registered Forester, Certified Landman, Licensed Geologist, or real estate designation(s)

  • Good oral, written and organizational skills
  • Skilled in applicable computer software, e.g., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good customer service and negotiation skills
  • Possess some knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations

Additional Preferences:

 

  • Ability to travel across the State of Florida and perform annual property inspections, review property tax assessments and payments, verify proper insurance coverage placements, and complete monthly compliance reviews of client accounts with Trust Administrators
  • Experienced and skilled in analyzing and solving property issues related to lease expirations, insurance property claims, special needs trust provisions, local permit reviews, and vendor/contractor RFQ/RFP process and completed job performance contract reviews.
  • Experience in working with Trust and Real Estate Property Management software programs such as SEI-CORE, TRMS-PDS, TIMS-SES, and Salesforce – OneView.
