Homee, Inc. is a venture backed technology company providing on-demand property maintenance across all property types. We are looking to add to our growing team. The Turn Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating turn and renovation jobs from initial bid to final billing and receipt of payment. A strong candidate will have the ability to multitask and prioritize work, be organized, detail oriented, comfortable with math, and have a service first mindset. This position reports to the company’s controller.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assume the responsibility of coordinating turn and renovation construction jobs by working closely with Market Managers to track the scope of jobs, approved bids, change orders, progress payments, billing, and receipt of payments
- Track all costs associated with the job, including material purchases, to ensure costs stay within budget
- Use Homee’s proprietary platform to create individual invoices associated with each sub/trade
- Prepare lien waivers and final bill that meets specific requirements of each customer
- Track receivables and ensure timely payment from customers
- Provide solutions to any related problems of customers
- Support controller with other departmental functions

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a turn coordinator or billing specialist
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Strong ability to keep information organized and accurate
- High level of attention to detail
- Results-driven and patient
