Our client is seeking Paralegal Assistants for serval departments in their Tampa, FL office.
Real Estate Paralegal
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Experience with State court filing and document management system
Corporate Finance Paralegal
- Must have a minimum of 4 years experience
- SEC filing and/or commercial lending experience preferred but not required
Legal Assistant
- MUST have 3-5 years experience supporting commercial litigation attorneys
- Current or recent experience working within a law firm environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize work within a busy law practice
- Maintain excellent quality of work and customer service
- Solid experience with law firm technology and have a strong working knowledge of Word and Outlook
- Ability to work within a team environment essential
