Teeming Vacation Rentals, a family-owned, full-service vacation rental management company is looking for a Property Inspector to join the most reliable property management company on the St.Pete/Clearwater Beach area. We have over 220 of the nicest vacation rental units in the area and we are scheduling interviews. We are the best property manager in the market and we expect the best from our employees. We respect the value of quality and efficient work and we provide access to many of the top maintenance phone applications available.
Must be willing to work Weekends
- Inspection of properties after guest departure & unit is cleaned
- Minor spot cleaning as needed
- Conduct a yearly inspection of each unit and report any maintenance and/or cleaning issues
- Evaluation of new units…Assess kitchens and linens in all new units
- Clean-out, shop, prepare new linens and kitchen items for the new units
- Amenities Check List
- Maintenance of stock in storage
- Inspection reports to cleaner & owners
- Deliveries to Guests
- Maintenance of Inspection software
- Monitoring & reporting guest comments & unit reviews
- Preparation of work orders for maintenance issues
- Purchasing & Invoicing
- Receiving and inspection of delivered products orders
- Attention to detail a must
- Be comfortable learning to use phone applications to track and document time, work and results
- Have a “Can Do” and “Happy to Learn” attitude
- Have a clean driving record and agree to a background check and Drug Test
- Have a Valid Driver’s License
- Must live within 30 minutes of St. Pete/Clearwater, FL
Must be able to climb stairs and get low to the floor to inspect properties
