Teeming Vacation Rentals, a family-owned, full-service vacation rental management company is looking for a Full-Time Property Inspector to join the most reliable property management company in the St.Pete/Clearwater Beach area. We have over 220 of the nicest vacation rental units in the area and we are scheduling interviews. We are the best property manager in the market and we expect the best from our employees. We respect the value of quality and efficient work and we provide access to many of the top maintenance phone applications available.
Must be willing to work Weekends
Job duties include:
- Inspection of properties after guest departure & unit is cleaned
- Inspection of properties prior to a guest arrival
- Inspection of properties prior to an owner arrival
- Conduct a yearly inspection of units
- Inspection of properties after guest departure & unit is cleaned
- Inspections may include:
- Preparation of inspection report and work orders
- Touch up cleaning as needed
- Troubleshooting cable internet and Smart TV technology
- Light Maintenance (.e. tighten doorknobs, replace air filters, free up stuck garbage disposals, minor plumbing
- Inventory Control – Maintenance of stock in storage as directed
- Additional errands and deliveries as requested
- Use phone applications and or laptop, to track and document time, work and results
- Monitoring & reporting guest comments & unit reviews
- Maintenance/resupply of consumables in tool bags and supplies in the company van
- Attention to detail a must
- Be comfortable learning to use phone applications to track and document time, work and results
- Have a “Can Do” and “Happy to Learn” attitude
- Have a clean driving record and agree to a background check and Drug Test
- Have a Valid Driver’s License
- Must live within 30 minutes of St. Pete/Clearwater, FL
Must be able to climb stairs and get low to the floor to inspect properties
