Job Summary

Vacation Rentals Coordinator needed for a real estate company located in Sarasota FL. This is a temporary assignment that will last until March 2018.

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Take reservations for weekly and seasonal rental properties, including sending and tracking all guest rental agreements.
  • Track and follow up on funds due on reservations.
  • Facilitate rental check-ins and ensure a smooth rental experience for guests.
  • Coordinate rental property cleaning and maintenance requests.
  • Daily follow through on emails and phone inquiries, as well as taking calls from guests/owners requiring assistance.
  • Greet and assist walk-in guests.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Hotel front office or other vacation rental experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
