Job Summary
Vacation Rentals Coordinator needed for a real estate company located in Sarasota FL. This is a temporary assignment that will last until March 2018.
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Take reservations for weekly and seasonal rental properties, including sending and tracking all guest rental agreements.
- Track and follow up on funds due on reservations.
- Facilitate rental check-ins and ensure a smooth rental experience for guests.
- Coordinate rental property cleaning and maintenance requests.
- Daily follow through on emails and phone inquiries, as well as taking calls from guests/owners requiring assistance.
- Greet and assist walk-in guests.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Hotel front office or other vacation rental experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
