We are looking for a to provide on-site leadership and direction to our valet staff on a day to day basis. This will be a working supervisory position, meaning you will be onsite overseeing operations and initiating the resolution of any issues that may arise.
Pay: $11 – $13/hr, plus tips, plus bonuses
Responsibilities:
+Account performance—including customer service standards are upheld, guest and client satisfaction are maintained
+All revenues are accounted for and submitted daily
+Team training
+Maintain onsite equipment
+Facilitate communication between company management and client management
+Maintain client relationship
+Upholding company policies and procedures
An ideal team member:
+Prior leadership experience
+Hospitality mindset
+Ability to lead, instruct, and bring the best out of our staff
+Ability to work well under pressure
+Ability to go above and beyond for our guests
+Strong communication skills
+Prior valet experience preferred, but not necessary
Hours:
+Must be able to work both AM/PM hours, weekends, and holidays
+Full-time opportunities, minimum of 40 hours a week
